# Shortcode stopped working suddenly

 * Hi,
 * We’ve been using the plugin for a couple of years and suddenly the shortcode 
   no longer works, the dropdown switcher does not appear. We tried in different
   places.
 * What could be the reason?
 * To note that the new gTranslate plugin does work, we just prefer the previous
   one with the hotizontal dropdown.
