 * Content created by the CoBlocks plugin is not supposed to be implemented via 
   shortcodes.
 * Currently, CoBlocks doesn’t have an Offset feature. However, we will definitely
   consider creating that option in one of the future plugin versions.

 * According to the provided shortcode, it seems that you’d like to hide the newest
