Shortcode with category AND tag

    Hello,

    Is it possible to have a shortcode with both category and tags?

    I’m building a LMS and what to upload a few files for users and others to download.

    MAIN CAT – STUDENTS FILES
    MAIN CAT – normal user files

    And the tags would be the name of the courses. I would like to avoid creating all as categories.
