# Shortcodes & more

 * Hi,
 * i currently have the free version and considering upgrading but there isn’t a
   great deal of clarity on what happens and your website is not sending the links
   via email to your demo site
 * so i have a few questions
 * – I’ve seen in previous topics mention of shortcodes, i am trying to view where
   they are to add to my site. Reason is i want users need to create boards but 
   they dont have WP admin access. They are using woo my-account. Is it possible
   to put short code in a page tab where they can display the users boards and create
   new boards?
 * – Also kanban opens up a whole page. is there an option for it to be in page 
   like using iframe?
 * – Can we have template boards that users can import and save as their own?

 * Sorry about the demo site. It’s still giving me problems.

   But ultimately every user is viewing the same app, just with the boards they 
   have permission to view. Only admins can create new boards (currently. This will
   be available in the next version coming out later this year).
 * – The shortcodes plugin puts the app in an iframe, but it’s not a great experience
   as the app really works best large. Just something to keep in mind.
 * – There’s no concept of templates currently. What most people do is create a 
   board that acts like a template and copy it when they need a new one.

 * Not sure why the shortcodes are in another plugin and not builtin to this 1. 
   I just dropped your board directly in an iframe with width:100% & height:900px
   and it came up nicely.
 * From my understanding the pro plugin do let users create there own boards?
    I
   get the free version not designed for individual boards, though sucks that users
   cant have their own boards ( even as a pro addon ) as your plugin is the closest
   plugin to what i require ( that i’ve found ) I will be looking out for the capability
   addons though i think we will have our own code by then
