Shortcodes not working

Hi!

I’ve checked the shortcodes you guys provide here:

The thing is: I’m probably doing something wrong, as I’ve tried inserting that first one you provide and it didn’t work. I’m trying to get it to be displayed on products’ pages, like the one below:
