Shortcodes Ultimate blocks excerpts.

Hey, I was using Shortcodes Ultimate on my old website. Everything was good. But I deleted my old web site and created a new one with same theme. I’ve installed Shortcodes Ultimate and wrote a post. But on the homepage there is no excerpts with post. If I close Shortcodes Ultimate excerpts coming back. I installed the plugin again and again but it doesn’t worked. I searched a lot for solve this problem but couldn’t find anything. I hope you can help me.
