Shortcodes Ultimate not returning any selected codes

After selecting the Ïnsert short code” button, it does not matter if I search for or select an icon code button, the next window with “Plugin setting, Plugin homepage Support forums, Add-ons with the Search for shortcode window the plug-in is not returning any of the shortcodes.

It only works from the WordPress dashboard by selecting Cheatsheet for your plugin and manually copying and pasting the Example code.
I cleaned WordPress Cache, I have deactivated, deleted and re-installed the Shortcodes Ultimate with the same issue.

This plug-in use to work so well what happened?
