If you want to see your banner again after you’ve already interacted with it, you could simply visit your domain from an incognito window or clear out your cookies each time after visiting your domain from a normal browser window.
It’s not recommend to set cookie/banner values to 0 days as this would prompt the banner to constantly pop up for all of your visitors.

Hello @fritsiub, thanks. I want to test cookie banner with Google Tag Manager on Previev mode if it’s properly implemented.
I don’t want to clear the cookies. I don’t know if incognito window will work with Google Tag Manager Previev mode.

I’m not sure any of this is required for the GTM test, the test shouldn’t start with predefined cookies and the banner should show as if its a first visit. If not, I would restore the banner expiration settings to the default, and test your domain from another browser that has not yet stored the cookies of your domain.
If the browser does not appear, not even on a new browser or incognito there might be a bigger issue at hand here.
