 * First of all THANKS for a wonderful piece of software. It does everything I wanted
   and then some!
   But I have a small problem:In “Filter Content” – “Content” if
   I use “Data Source” = “Custom Field” and select my acf custom field it doesn´
   t show this:Display Empty TermsShow Post CountShow Hierarchy …. and so on …I
   see all the options when I use “Data Source” = “Taxonomy”, but not with custom
   fields.How can I show “Post Count” or “Show empty Terms” using radio buttons
   and custom fields?Thanks for your time and best wishes from germany to you.Werner

 * Hi [@klawi](https://wordpress.org/support/users/klawi/),
 * Thanks for the great comments. You’re right, the “Show Post Count” and other
   options don’t currently show for custom fields, only taxonomies. This is because
   the plugin’s current logic for handling custom fields relies on a WP_Query-based
   approach, which doesn’t natively support these options for custom field data
   the way taxonomies do. If you’re using an ACF field tied to taxonomies, I would
   recommend switching the data source to “Taxonomy” instead. I’ll be updating the
   plugin to add “Show Post Count” for custom fields using a new method. The other
   options like “Display Empty Terms” might take more time, but I’ll be looking
   into them.
 * In the meantime let me know if there is anything else.
 * Regards,
    Dara

 * Just used it and I found a little quirk (I think).
   I am using two filters: Breed
   and gender.At the moment for testing purposes I have 9 entries. So at firsdt
   try it shows the following:Filter 1 – Cat (5), Dog (3), Little Animal (1)Filter
   2 – Male (5), Female (4)Perfect so far!But when I select Cat (5) and Filter 2“
   Male” the filter 2 still shows Male (5), Female (4)?It correctly shows 3 Male
   cats, of couse – so the filter itself is working just fine.I think it is about
   countung theitenms. Shouldn´t it show the actual situation if the first filter
   is selected? In this case Male(3), Fenale (0) ?Maybe you can look into this?
   Waiting to hear from you and SORRY for bothering you again.I hore the link works,
   i am still in developing phase. I have psted it in “Tags” also.Werner

 * Hi Werner,
 * Sorry for the late reply, I had some small issues with my work tools. At the
   moment it’s not possible to update the counts dynamically once another filter
   is selected. I can only access the total counts, so achieving what you describe
   would require additional logic that isn’t part of the filter right now. Unfortunately,
   at the moment, I don’t have a simple workaround besides avoiding the total count
   if you need it to reflect the current selection.
 * Regards,
    Dara
