Show posts based on taxonomy selection in dropdown menu

On a site that I am building, I have an advisors page that shows all the company’s advisors. The client wants there to be a dropdown menu so visitors can select a type of advisor and see all the advisors who are tagged with that type. Before you ask, yes, the advisors is a CPT and has a custom taxonomy associated with it. I had no problem setting up the dropdown menu to pull in the taxonomies. My problem is, how do I display the advisors/posts tagged with the selected taxonomy?
