I’ve entered a tagline but it doesn’t seem to display. How can I get it to display? http://quiltcharette.wordpress.com/about/

Add get_bloginfo ( ‘description’ ); to your theme to display the tagline you entered.

I’m afraid that I need more information. I’m very new at this. I copied the words above and pasted them into the bottom of my CSS feed. Nothing happened, so I moved the to the top of the CSS feed section. Nothing happened. What should I do with the words above?
