It is nested inside the button of the slider on the homepage. I’m using this shortcode [ryv-popup video=”https://shiftworkspaces.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/compressed_shift-video-update30.mp4?autoplay=1″%5D

You may want to update the shortcode, please have a look at the description – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/responsive-youtube-vimeo-popup/. The method you’re using is deprecated.
Also, it’s not recommended nesting the shortcode.

Since they are using a button in Revolution Slider, a class of “ryv-popup” was added as an attribute to the button.
If you go to shiftworkspaces.com and click the “Discover Now” button in the header. That will trigger the lightbox.

I was able to fix it uploading to vimeo and adding the updated shortcode.
