# Showing wrong posts!

 * Hello!
 * I have been using Display Posts Shortcode for quite a while.
 * However I have recently noticed that the shortcode [display-posts] is not giving
   the correct output. Instead of showing just one post, it shows three (for example,
   on the “Topics” page: [https://scentculture.institute/talks/](https://scentculture.institute/talks/)
 * WP support suggested to reach out to the plugin developer — “they are more qualified
   to see why their plugin is not working”.

 * Can you share with me the specific shortcode you’re using, and the output you
   desire?
 * You can use the posts_per_page parameter to set how many are displayed. Ex: `[
   display-posts posts_per_page="1"]`

 * issue has been solved – i do not remember what the issue actually was….
