# Showposts pagination

 * Hi,
 * I’m using the is_home conditional tag to display 6 posts on a homepage and some
   additional intro content, then when it’s a standard archive page it relays on
   the wordpress setting which shows 15 posts in the blog. This all works prefectly
   aside from pagination.
 * When I’m on the homepage and select the 2nd page it shows posts as though the
   homepage showed 15 posts, so page 2 would start on post 16, so in fact there 
   are 9 posts hidden as they’re not on the first page or second, I’ve tried offseting
   the posts by 6 on the second loop but this breaks future pagination.
 * Any suggestions on how this can be resolved ?
