   the content area seemed to shrink compared to the nav and header.

 * You’re cutting and pasting from Word. Don’t. All the extra formatting messes 
   up the html and layout. Only cut and paste plain text from NotePad.

 * I understand for the future but how do i fix the problem now? Do I have to go
   into every page and remove the copy and paste clean copy in?
