 * I think this has more to do with the main theme (fusion/avada?) you are using
   which controls the content width.
    1. Temporarily, switch back to default WP theme
    2. Make sure the knowledgebase sidebar has atleast one widget in it.

 * Thanks. It wasn’t the theme. Turns out when I ported the site from the demo URL
   to the new one, the widgets didn’t transfer over so I had no widget set in the
   sidebar any more. All fixed now!
