Sidebar missing (calculation overview, book now button)

Hello

first: I love your Plugin and it´s great work. But I have some issues with the configuration in the frontend:
1) I have embedded the calendar in the page with “[dopbsp id=1 lang=de]“. The calendar is showing but the sidebar is missing at all.. Do I have to add further code or parameters ?
I would like to display the check in/ check out fields, how many persons (Extras ID:1), calculation overview and book now button.

2) on my home page I have embedded the same calendar again but here the „booking“ button is missing. Billing/Shipping options are all disabled. But I don´t know what to do else.
