Sidebar slideshow, animated, with captions, clickable images?

I’m looking for a way to get a gallery displayed in the sidebar with these requirements:
– Animated slideshow (automatically transitioning from one image to the next, showing them in a random order)
– Caption under each image (with option to link from the caption to a different page)
– Clickable to bring up larger images in a lightbox (showing captions underneath there, too, with option to navigate to next/previous images)

I can’t seem to get all the options as I’ve listed them at the same time with NextGEN (I can get them indivdually).

Any suggestions or direction on (any of) this? (Is it possible to do what I want with NextGEN?)
