signature differences

    Hello,

    how is it that the number of signatures in the csv file isn’t the same as the number shown of my petition website ?

    My csv file shows 4357 signatures but on the website it shows 3989 signatures ?

    If you have email confirmation enabled, the site show the number of confirmed, but the csv includes _all_ emails.

    I apologise for the delay getting back to you.

    I can’t reproduce this. I have tried it on two different sites and each one the CSV downloaded had exactly the same number of signatures that is displayed on the site.

    Can you give me the exact steps to make it happen.

    I just had a thought.

    In dashboard > speakout > settings > admin display tab there are some CSV output options.

    Do you have it set to display all signatures?

    Well, I thank you a lot for maintaining this useful plugin :-).

    Yes.

    I downloaded the signatures today and I have this:

    I had to re-install my blog before I noticed this problem. So I made a fresh wordpress install at that time, then used the UpdraftPlus plugin to re-install everything (theme, posts, addons, the speakout plugin and the signatures), so maybe something happened during the re-install process…

    Anyway, the signatures .csv file I download regularly have all the signatures, just it doesn’t show the correct total in the “latest signatures” section.

    Do you know how to use a database tool like phpMyAdmin? If so, can you check to see how many records are in the database table wp_speakout_petitions.
