# Signature not working

 * The signature does not appear to be working. I created a signature under Agent
   Settings, but it is not appearing on any of the emails.
 * Please advise.

 * Signature is not sent with mail body in free version. This feature is available
   in pro version.
 * I suggest you to upgrade to pro for this and many more features.
