# SIGTERM

 * Hello,
    I have got the SIGTERM error as described many times in this forum. In
   the meantime I made following changes, unfortunately without success:
 * – define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’); in wp-config.php
    – .tar instead of .gzip
   as comprression type
 * Please see blow th protocol. Many thanks for you support

    Sorry about the delayed
   response, the SIGTERM is a terminator signal send from your server, you can contact
   the hoster and get they help from the issue. But before that, please try these
   workaround steps: – BackWPUp -> Settings -> Job tab -> Reduce server load and
   choose **medium** – set Maximum Script Execution Time setting to about 20 seconds
