# Simple Bulk Optimization Cron

 * Hi!
 * Is it possible to run the bulk optimization function on a cron event? I can’t
   enable the “Auto-Optimize images on upload” option because my users are uploading
   images and it takes forever for their upload to complete on the front end with
   this option enabled. However, I still want all images to be optimized and I don’t
   want to have to periodically do it manually.
 * For example, I’m running a WP Rocket function called rocket_clean_post() on a
   daily cron already. Could I similarly run do_imagify or some other function on
   a simple cron function?
