# Simple Thoughts Translator Error

 * I’m using this plugin and it had been working fine. However it now doesn’t seem
   to work. When I try and translate a page I get the following error:
 * Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot 
   be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir is set in …/wp-content/plugins/
   translator.php on line 25
    302 Moved The document has moved here.
 * Is anyone else who uses this plugin having the same problem?
 * Any help would be great, thanks.

   First of all you are using an unsupported and obsolete version of the plugin.
   You can get the latest version [here](http://blog.taragana.com/index.php/archive/angsumans-translator-plugin-pro-for-wordpress-blogs-released/).
 * Here are two solutions for your problem.
 * The error message is pretty indicative and the changes were most likely made 
   by your hosting provider. Either you have safe mode set or open_basedir has been
   set in php.ini. Any one of them will cause this problem. The solution is to request
   your web hosting provider to remove these restrictions. If you have access to
   the php.ini file then you can comment these lines yourself. A better option is
   to upgrade your plugin.
