# Simplicity theme dashboard problem

 * Hi,
 * I can access dashboard but menu on the left is shown but it is blank in the main
   area.
    The links from the menu do not work. Have guessed WordPress version as
   cannot access this info from dashboard.
 * The last action was installing simple local avatar plugin?
 * Have no control of site, but website is active.
 * If there is anyone who can offer any advice on gaining control of site, it would
   be much appreciated.

 * #3: If a plugin broke the site, delete the plugin with FTP. See See [Filezilla](http://filezilla-project.org/)

   Or use your web host’s file manager in your control panel.
 * #2: That’s a premium theme from WooThemes, and you need to get support from them.
