# Simply cannot redirect

 * Hi, John
    I’m new to website creation and I’ve fiddled with my Kleo theme to 
   the extent that when typing my domain name, users are taken to a page that is
   not where I need them to go. I installed Redirection hoping that I could simply
   redirect from the .com address to .com/home which is where the real action takes
   place. However, nothing I do will make this happen. Is there any way you might
   help, please? If you need my credentials, I am happy to supply. Very grateful

 * This sounds like a WordPress configuration issue more the need for a redirect.

 * Many thanks for answering, John. Sadly, changing site URL failed due to too many
   redirects (whatever that means). I’m afraid that getting the right page to open
   may be beyond my limited abilities to affect. However, I appreciate your help.
