    I run an WooCommerce and would like this plugin and it’s files
   to load only on Cart page, when customers try to exit. Is is possible to make
   it load on only this page, instead of the whole site?

    At this time, this is only possible by custom
   modifying the module which is not recommended as future updates will erase your
   modifications.
