Single person booking

    Hi, I have a moutain bike tour company. I do one tour each day. On each tour we take 8 eople. I want to be able to offer eight places on each tour and for customers to be able to select how many places they want to book. It will then show how many places are left available. Each person will pay 100 euros for their place on the tour. At the moment I can only see that a customer can book the whole tour. Also then I’d like the customer to be able to pay just a deposit by paypal and not the entire tour amount.

    Hi @neilmitchinson.

    At the moment I can only see that a customer can book the whole tour.

    If we understand you right, then you should use the option “Maximum item count”. You can find this option from the Booking Calendar Themes page, General settings tab.

    Also then I’d like the customer to be able to pay just a deposit by paypal and not the entire tour amount.

    There isn’t a deposit option for PayPal, but you can set the deposit as price and write a description before the calendar(or in the “User info” field) that it is not the whole price, it’s just the deposit.

    i want to enter the same event every day for a year. do i have to enter every one individually or can i do multiple days of the same event in one go?
