site crashed after activating the plugin

    Before installation i tested the plugin on an local hosted test website where it worked fine.
    After installation and activation on the website where i wanted to use the plugin the website crashed and did not came back up until i manually deleted all the plugin files via ftp.
    Does anyone know how this could happen and how to solve it?
