# Site Data Cannot Be Accessed

 * Since this afternoon, I have not been able to access my site. I have a WordPress.
   com account where I manage my WP sites (all of which are self-hosted). Next to
   the site a label reads “Can’t Access This Site Data”. When I try to go to my 
   site using Google Chrome or Safari, my site displays a blank white page.
 * I am afraid that all of my site data will be lost and at this point I am not 
   sure how to recover my posts/data. Looking for any and all suggestions as I am
   fairly new to WordPress. Thank you to all of you in advance.

 * Looks like that site is down – white screen means PHP has crashed. So use Cpanel
   and change the name on your plugins folder to `plugins.HOLD`
 * See if that changes anything.

 * Thank you so much WPyogi! I must admit however that I am not too savvy with the
   WP platform yet. Where might I find Cpanel to be able to change the name of my
   plugins folder? Also I do not know if this will help but I had issues after I
   tried to install a theme.

 * Yes that matters – probably the theme – so that’s what you will need to find –
   ask Bluehost how to use Cpanel (see their support docs) – login into it and find
   the themes folder and delete the one you added – here:
 *     ```
       wp-content
           themes
               FIND THE THEME YOU JUST ADDED - DELETE IT
       ```
   
 * If that doesn’t fix it then rename the plugins folder – it’s also in the wp-content
   folder

   additional money?
