# Site errors in webmaster tools

 * I have a problem regarding the back end. I am using googles webmaster tools to
   optimize and get the site a better rank and understanding from googles perspective.
   When I go to the health tab in the crawl errors there are 42 and it is climbing
   as well.
 * The errors are all 404 type of things and rightfully so. The links are pointing
   to pages that does not exist.
 * I tested the WP site under the domain as follows in a folder
    [http://www.waterbergtransfers.com/wp_test](http://www.waterbergtransfers.com/wp_test)
 * Then moved the site to the root of the domain (freshly installed), but google
   for some reason is still picking the old extensions up.
    example: [http://www.waterbergransfers.com/wp_test/tours/elephant-sanctuary/ ](http://www.waterbergransfers.com/wp_test/tours/elephant-sanctuary/)
   This is just one link for a lot, it seems like the whole site is going to end
   up like this, but the site is running fine with no broken links?
 * Any help to get the indexing to actually index the current site, it is almost
   like there is a history or cache stuck some where?? Completely noob when it comes
   to the brains of google/seo/webmaster type stuff.
