The default files of every theme and plugin (distributed on ww.wp.xz.cn) is archived by ww.wp.xz.cn, but the things like the blog posts are stored in a database. Can you contact your hosting providers to see if they still have your database, or copies of it?

    thanks
I have been online chat to just host most of the day and they have no files for me they deleted them all…
    does wordpress keep a database?

Unfortunately, WordPress doesn’t keep backups of any files.
WordPress is simply a CMS tool that you install and use.
If just host deleted your files and database than I’m afraid that everything is gone.

What you can do is go to the Internet archive https://archive.org/web/
and you might be able to see older version of your site and copy content, but that will only give you content.

biasmagazine, the posts, pages, etc., are stored in a WordPress database. One generally can get to that database by going to PhpMyadmin in your control panel. However, if JustHost has deleted your account, then, unfortunately, the site is gone. If you still have an account w/them, go to PhpMyAdmin, determine which database you used for your WordPress site, & export it. If you can’t determine that, export them all.

I’m really sorry about all this.

    hi Christine
that archive looks like a great idea but unfortunately it never seemed to save my site…

i looked at phpmyadmin and keep getting security error messages

Can you tell us what security messages you’re getting?

the cPanel flashes up briefly and it says security token missing

Are you running a virtual or dedicated server, biasmagazine?

    A fix is here:

i dont know I work from my laptop and log into just host and wordpress?
sorry I am not a web designer just someone who will hl have a go…

Well, from the sound of things, I’m guessing you have shared hosting? Did JustHost terminate your account? I’m really trying very hard to figure out what’s happening here, & I admit to feeling slightly befuttled.
