 * I was on my website and added the wordpress site map plugin when I received this
   message. Now I have no site. Can anyone help me get it back?

 * you’ll need to ftp to site or use host’s file manager to rename this plugin folder
   `/
   wordpress-mu-domain-mapping` this will let you log in again name folder back 
   to normal to test

 * does your host have cpanel or some control panel?
    if so, go to he file manager
   and rename the folder I specified no one can do this for you unless you want 
   to give out sensitive info
