• I am using Elementor Pro and when I try to edit just the header page, the elements sidebar just loads and loads, spinning, it never finishes loading where I can edit it.

I have the memory of the site set to > 2500MB

It worked before, but it has been a while since I worked on the site.

Now when I do a site health, I get these errors:

    1) The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

    2) A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.

    3) The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages. The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

How do I fix those errors? can someone point me to the way?

I would appreciate any help. I’ll check back here soon.
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can be for me to fix this. I’ll do the work, just don’t know what to do.

    Thank you much!

  • Hi Richard,

I just had the same problem. In my case it was a plugin that has caused the issue. Deactivating that particular plugin (Atarim) removed the errors (for now).

I’m waiting for feedback from the plugin developer to see if they are aware and what they suggest.

Did you work out what has caused the issue on your end?

    Cheers,
    Seppi
