    2. At what stage of the installation is it failing and do you see any error messages
       including [console errors](https://imgur.com/KyLAzgH)?

 * [@betc125](https://wordpress.org/support/users/betc125/) Thanks for sharing the
site health that’s helpful. While I am checking through this, could you also
share the information from points 2 and 3 above as well if possible? It would
be helpful to see at what stage you are encountering the issue and if you see
   any failure message or error.

 * [@betc125](https://wordpress.org/support/users/betc125/) Thanks for sharing that
is very helpful. Could I first check with you if when you see this message in
Site Kit, do you see a redo setup button anywhere? If you do, have you tried
this? And if not could you please try the redo setup.
 * If the above isn’t working or you don’t have that option, could you please next
   try a [Site Kit reset](https://sitekit.withgoogle.com/documentation/using-site-kit/reset/).
Once reset could you try setting up Site Kit again and let me know if this works
   for you?

 * As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to [open a new support topic](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/google-site-kit/#new-post)
if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to
   assist.
