   To determine more on this, and ensure you can use Site Kit as expected, please
   share the following:
    1. Your[ Site Health information](https://i.imgur.com/Rtkmsba.png). You can[ use this form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhjns2K7c0Ny7ME4gxTcsnYtNUtcMr8BvFpPQi23Y1E/)
       to share privately if preferred.  
    2. A screenshot of your dashboard with GA4 reporting enabled. You can use a service
       such as[ Imgur](https://imgur.com) or[ Jumpshare](https://jumpshare.com) to 
       share a screenshot, while using the form above to share this privately.
    3. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser[ incognito window](https://i.imgur.com/ALzgiHp.png)
       does the same occur? If so, please share any[ browser console errors](https://imgur.com/KyLAzgH.png)
       that appear.  This can help indicate a browser or caching related block.
 * I can’t be sure to of the cause at this time, but the above will help to discover
   what’s happening. Once we have this information we can perform some troubleshooting
   to rule out third party plugin conflicts, or uninstall and reinstall the plugin
   in the event a plugin update went wrong. Do let me know if you have any questions

 * Many thanks for filling in the form. Unfortunately this doesn’t include your 
   full Site Health information _[(Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit](https://i.imgur.com/P6al3e7.png))_,
   or the other information requested above. Not to worry however, we can perform
   a couple of checks if you’re unable to share. To do so, follow the steps below:
    1. Login to your live site from [a ](https://i.imgur.com/ALzgiHp.png)[Chrome browser incognito window](https://i.imgur.com/ALzgiHp.png).
    2. Install and activate the [Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check).
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and
       then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google“.
    5. Check for the same error once more.
 * Do let me know how you get on with the above. If the issue no longer occurs while
   in troubleshooting mode, this points to a third party plugin conflict. Please
   do share either a list of the plugins you have active, or your full Site Health
