site missing from dropdown menu

I imported a lone site into multisite via UpDraft. The site seems to have been successfully imported except for one odd quirk. It doesn’t show up in the dropdown menu of sites. If I go to the site listing itself, it’s there. And the site is on the web and seems to be otherwise entirely intact and I can access it and edit it just fine.

It would seem, therefore, that WordPress stores the list of sites in the database in two, independent places and the entry for the dropdown menu wasn’t copied. But I can’t seem to find where the second entry is.
