# Site not working after installing plugin

 * Hello!
 * I need help with my website. I recently tried activating and installing a payment
   method to my website and after activating the plugin, my website no longer worked.
   I have tried to log in to the dashboard as well and nothing is working. I am 
   at a loss of what to do now.

 * Don’t worry, you just have to temporarily disable your plugins through sFTP or
   the file manager of your hosting provider, or by editing a specific field of 
   your database.  * Then enable again your plugins, but the one crashing your website.

 * Hi, there must be some compatibility issue with that plugin. For deactivating
   the plugin, you can use the FTP method or even the phpMyadmin database. Here
