# Site Title Variable count is not working

 * When using the variable Site title, the green bar counting characters is no longer
   working correctly… See 2 examples below. One using the variable, and the second
   using the same text as the variable. This has only started happening recently.
   Any help would be appreciated.

 * Thanks for the helpful screenshots. I see that when you use the default snippet
   variables, the [bar is green](https://prnt.sc/bfoLUQTVAYdU), whereas when you
   use a mix of the snippet variables and text, the [bar is red](https://prnt.sc/IyD6Y4jjVIws),
   and content analysis reports the SEO title is wider than the viewable limit.
