A quick check here: https://validator.w3.org/#validate_by_uri shows that your sitemap is perfectly fine. Can you try resubmitting the sitemap index file?
I have resubmitted it several times and still get errors. The errors are different everyday. When I test the sitemap using the sitemap test tool in the Search Console on Webmaster Tools I get no errors but when the sitemap is submitted I get errors.
I do not use a cache plugin.

Do you submit the sitemap under mycarquest.com or www.mycarquest.com (note the www) ?
Have you tried contacting Google regarding this matter? It might be easier track the issue down from their side.
I use mycarquest.com and I think it is time to report this to Google but I have not had good luck with Google actually doing anything.

My site was hacked recently and the problem was at approximately the same time as the sitemap problems I reported. The hacker code was removed by my host service provider 2 days ago.
Today my sitemap is looking OK.
I found the two links below that include the hacker code and the name of this plugin. Maybe this plugin was hacked?
