Sitemap of custom post types

    I inherited a website to manage from someone else, which is created using Bricks and uses Pods for a number of custom post types.

    I noticed the content of the custom post types are not listed or generated in the sitemap.xml file. It also seems there’s no options in Pods to have it added.

    What recommendation do you have to update the standard sitemap so it also includes the content from those pods?

    If the post types are standard templates from WP core routing and the sitemap is WP core sitemap, first thing to check would be “public” and “publicly queryable” on the Edit Pod’s Advanced Options tab.
