    Hello, I use The SEO Framework with my new WordPress project. Recently I’ve realized that there is a problem with generating my sitemap. While opening a sitemap.xml file I’m getting an error:

    XML parsing error: duplicate attribute
    Line 7, Column 59
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" lang="pl-PL" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" prefix="og: http://ogp.me/ns# fb: http://www.facebook.com/2008/fbml">

    I’ve no idea how to deal with it. I’ve cleared the cache, changed the sitemap database query limit, but it doesn’t help. Could you please help me with it?

    My config is: WordPress 6.0, The SEO Framwork 4.2.5, XStore theme, Wocommerce 6.6.0, Lite Speed Cache, Lite Speed Server, PHP 8.1.

    Regards

    Hello!

    That looks like an issue with the theme, which seemingly outputs an HTML document opening tag regardless of the page’s intended purpose. XML sitemaps may not contain HTML.

    Please try switching to the default theme (Twenty-Twenty/One/Two) and see if the issue still occurs. If it doesn’t, then please raise a ticket with the XStore theme developers.

    Unfortunately, I cannot help debug XStore for you, here is why.
