# Sitemaps Causing Issues

 * So I don’t know if it’s my lack of expertise with WordPress or something else,
   but no matter what I do Google seems to have a problem indexing the pages.
 * Hosting: GoDaddy
    Total Pages: 8 Total Indexed: 0 Sitemaps Display: “0 URLs submitted”
   Sitemap Status: “Pending” (Has been for weeks)
 * Passes the Index “Test” displaying 8 Web Pages submitted, no errors found. As
   I’m typing this I attempted to “Fetch as Google” which I did yesterday without
   a problem. Now it says “Temporarily unreachable” even though the site is up &
   fine.
 * I’ve **NEVER** had any of these issues with 30+ sites that aren’t using WordPress.
 * The last sitemap plugin I used randomly stopped working, and the built-in Sitemap
   creator never seemed to work in the first place.
 *  What am I doing wrong here?

 * WordPress doesn’t have a built-in Sitemap creator, which plugin are you using
   for this?
 * Also, have you tried re-submitting your sitemap in Google Webmaster Tools?
