As you can see from this screenshot, the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle is already activated. I activated it immediately after installing it, which is why you could see in my previous screenshot all the other features contained within the bundle.

Thanks for the update. Please, try going to Plugins > SiteOrigin Widgets. There is a menu item under the Plugins heading in the main left WordPress navigation. There you can choose which widgets are activated and also adjust global widget settings.
