 * Hello there. I desperately need to know how to block a certain poster from my
   website. I am currently using SK2, but don’t understand how to blacklist him –
   I don’t understand the jargon… ie. what “score” means etc.
 * Any help would be wildly appreciated.

 * get his/her IP, and enter it into the IP blacklist.
 * Most of the jargon is explained either on the SK site or via the links within
   the plugin interface. And you dont need to understand any of it to “get his/her
   IP and enter it into the IP blacklist”.
 * and so you understand.. doing so will not “block a certain poster from your website”,
   it will block anyone using that IP from having their comments published.

 * I’ve done that, and it’s not blocking them.
