    Hi there,

I’m using the Neve FSE theme, and I’ve encountered a couple of issues that only appear for logged-out users:

    1. “Skip to content” link visible at the top of the page:
      • When I’m logged in, everything looks fine, and the “Skip to content” link is not visible.
      • However, when I log out (as visitors would see the site), the “Skip to content” link appears prominently at the top of the page, disrupting the design.
    2. Header issues for logged-out users:
      • The logo becomes extremely large, and the text in the header looks messy and unprofessional.
      • These issues don’t occur when I’m logged in—they only happen for logged-out users.

    What I’ve Tried:

    • Disabled all plugins: I deactivated all plugins to rule out conflicts, but the issue persists.
    • Checked CSS and inspected the page: I inspected the “Skip to content” link and the header area, but I couldn’t find anything unusual in the CSS or HTML.
    • Cleared cache: I cleared browser cache, plugin cache, and server-side cache, but it didn’t resolve the issue.
    • Regenerated CSS: I saved the settings in the Customizer to regenerate CSS, but it didn’t help.
    • Tested in incognito mode: The issue is still present in incognito mode for logged-out users.

    Additional Details:

    • WordPress version: [Your WordPress version]
    • PHP version: [Your PHP version]
    • Neve theme version: [Latest] I have no other themes installed
    • Active plugins: None (I tested with all plugins disabled)
    • Site URL (if applicable): [copytraders.club]

    What I Need Help With:

    • How can I hide or properly style the “Skip to content” link so it doesn’t disrupt the design for logged-out users?
    • Why is the header (logo and text) behaving differently for logged-out users, and how can I fix it?

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

  • HI @medifx ,

On my side everything is fine. The link is hidden in the page for me.

Can you provide more detailed steps? Also, provide the browser and the device you are using.

    Kind regards,

    Denis

Thanks Hatu for your response. I solved it by rolling back the Neve FS Theme version to previous version and then update again to the new version. And as you mentioned, everything seems to be fine now.

    Hi again @medifx ,
