    Hi

I have updated the WooCommerce plugin to the latest Version 10.0.4. | https://prnt.sc/ACzCNz5VtOwQ

Also updated the database from Woocommerce > Status > Tools

I exported the Products for a specific Category > Clearance & Special Offer.

Export Product to a CSV screenshot: | https://prnt.sc/TQ13XEdtxGX-

However, the Export CSV is not showing the SKU: LUC0100 inspite of the product being assigned to the Category ‘Clearance & Special Offer’.

    Product Category screenshot: | https://prnt.sc/41VX4fUMYUK0

Export CSV Analysis screenshot: | https://prnt.sc/WlT8dlT-rpDb

Although, the SKU: LUC0100 is showing in the Export CSV for ‘Export All Categories’ | https://prnt.sc/q8wLlW6MYC_D | but not in the Export CSV for the Category ‘Clearance & Special Offer’.

    Pls advise.

  • Hi @mave27,

I understand how confusing and frustrating it can be when a product like your SKU LUC0100 appears in the full export but goes missing when exporting by a specific category, even though it’s clearly assigned to that category. Thanks for the detailed screenshots, which help a lot.

To dig a bit deeper, it’s possible that another plugin or a bit of custom code is interfering with the export logic for filtered categories. To check for this, I’d recommend doing a quick conflict test, which will help us rule out any plugin or theme conflicts.

Here’s how you can do that:

    1. Switch your theme temporarily to a default one like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four.
    2. Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    3. Try exporting your products again by category and see if SKU LUC0100 shows up.
    4. If it does, you can then reactivate your plugins one by one, testing the export after each one. That will help you identify which plugin might be causing the issue.

Let us know how this goes or if you’d prefer help walking through the process. Once we know whether this is caused by a conflict, we’ll be able to suggest the best next step.

    Looking forward to your update!

    Hi

It seems there is a wordpress theme conflict with WooCommerce V 10.0.4

After downgrading to WooCommerce V 10.0.3, the export CSV file is showing the correct data for the Category ‘Clearance & Special Offer’.

    Rgds

    Hi @mave27,

Thanks so much for the follow-up, and I’m really glad to hear you’ve identified the issue. If downgrading to WooCommerce 10.0.3 resolved the export issue, that does point to a potential conflict with your theme and the latest WooCommerce version.

Since it appears to be theme-related, I recommend reaching out to your theme developer to let them know about the issue so they can ensure compatibility with WooCommerce 10.0.4 in future updates.

If WooCommerce has been useful for your store and you appreciate the support you’ve received, we’d truly appreciate it if you could leave us a quick 5-star review here:https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post

Thanks again, and feel free to reach out anytime you need help!
