Please just give me a hint or something. There must be something I can do other than just deactivating plugins.
I have just a few other plugins anyway, the site is being built.
I had the same problem yesterday – what I found worked and it’s a pain. After you have the number of slides you wish to use save the file and go back to the master list. Then reopen the file. After I did that everything worked fine. Except it’s not display all of the slides and I have and there has been no answer to my question.
I am surprised that the support of such a great product leaves a lot to be desired for.
I am gonna try your suggestion – I hope it helps. I am discouraged by the fact that all slides don’t show up tho…
will let you know what happens in my case.
Thanks for your help! I appreciate it!
I HAVE SOLVED IT!!!!
I can not believe it was something as stupid as this.
I have already read this on the support forum but I couldnt figure it out.
Now I figured it out bymyslef and here it is:
To enable slide info to show up.
Go to master slider, select the slider you want and then:
1. Go to Slider controls
2. Under the “add new control” drop down menu select “slide info”
3. Click on the little blue plus sign icon
4. save changes
5. you are done.
F***ing finally. Thank the heavens I can now use this plugin. I see no reason why this was designed like this but it works flawlessly now!!!
