Dear mtmartini,
I checked the website, and seems it may be caused by a conflicting issue with the SiteGround Optimizer plugin. The Depicter script file is already minified on the page, so you can exclude it from the optimizer plugin.
To exclude it, follow these steps: SG Optimizer > Frontend > JavaScript > Exclude from Javascript minification and add “depicter.js” file to it.
After that, please check the page and let me know the result.

Thank you for all the great work, I have subscribed to your pro service.
I suspect I have the same problem with Ms.Mtmartini, and I am using Hostinger as my server hosting. All my plugin and wordpress version are all updated, and have deactivated all unnecessary plugin for testing purpose.
Please check over two problems.
- Even I use pre-made template without editing, and paste straight directly to {short-code} of Elementor, the supposed slideshow keep loading and never showing up. But when I use WordPress editor, there is no problem. Conflict with Elementor ?
- Picture is gone when preview, while words and animation are shown there. It works normally in editor and “show animation”. I have tried with multiple pre-made template. Situation are same.
