Slider Not Linking PHP Shortcode

Hi guys, I’ve had to use the php shortcode to display the slideshow on the homepage of a site im working on.

But the ‘link too url’ feature on the images doesnt seem to be working.

How do I go about getting this to work?

We got rid of the custom theme slider and bought Master Slider because it has the php shortcode function.
