have a nice day – i find these theme and it look like very good.
Install – no Problem but now i want to bring a slider in it.
I read the doc and translate ist… (german) but i can’t understand this:
Upload a Featured Image to each Slide. Slider dimensions are 980 x 380px. If You upload bigger images, proper size will be generated automatically. If you see image that says „Image placeholder” in your slider, it probably means, that the slide doesn’t have featured image set.
You can take advantage of custom order of slides. To set slides order, add appropriate number – 1,2,3 etc. to each slide (you can also do this in Quick Edit mode).I have 2 pictures with this dimension 980 x 380px.
I have installed TinyMCE – i load the path from the media an bring a picture in the sliderside – but if i open the slider – view slide it looks like a post ….
Soory can annyone show me some pictures to bring an slider in my WP ?
    King regards – Frank

    Hello!

You should not use “view slide” option, this is not how this custom post type is used. When you add slides, remember that the image has to be set as Featured image, not inserted into content editor! To use slider you need to enable custom home page and enable slider in Theme options and add some slides. Then you’ll see working slider on the home page.

I klick to “new slider” and than open a new slider without title an a box look like posting or side-input. Hmm what is “featured image”..

    OK if i change this:
Enable Custom Front Page – to yes – than i see the slider – but nothing else . means no posting only header – slider and footer …

Custom Front Page doesn’t show your latest posts. You should familiarize yourself with theme docs, and see the demo. Hopefully that clarifies it for you.
